Using the platform
By creating an account, you agree to use AI Clothing Studio only for lawful purposes and to hold rights to any artwork you upload for AI enhancement or manufacturing.
AI-generated content
You are responsible for ensuring generated designs do not infringe on third-party intellectual property. We reserve the right to refuse production of designs that violate our content policy.
Orders and payments
All custom orders are final once entering production. Refunds are issued only for manufacturing defects or shipping errors, per our refund policy.
Tokens
AI tokens are non-transferable and non-refundable once used for a generation, except where required by law.
